I was wondering if someone could state all the wizard neck types, and the difference between them, Also which one would be faster? And is there a faster neck then the wizard type necks, for either ibanez guitars or others?Think

If you go here, you'll get a nice explanation, and comparison of several of the Ibanez neck shapes.

The neck itself does not determine how "fast" a neck plays, it has more to do with your own playing style, skill, etc. Plenty of players play amazingly well on rather thick necked guitars. Only you can determine what neck is best in your hands.

Also worth mentioning that the Prestige version of some of those necks differs slightly in that it has a smoother/faster satin coat, but otherwise has the same dimensions. So a Prestige Super Wizard is the same as a Super Wizard (17-20mm, bubinga stripe), only with the different coating. Arguably, the satin coating is considered 'faster'.

Oh! And i see the regular Prestige Wizard neck is not on that list. It's a fatter 18-20mm and wider too (58mm wide). Not to be confused with a original Wizard I neck with the addition of a Satin coating (despite what i said above, this is the neck that breaks that rule).

Also worth noting is the difference between aanj and block heel necks.

Block heel necks seem to be slightly thinner in my experience.

Yeah, I know I left out a bit of info, but I figured it was a lot to take it.
