Tosin Abasai Signature?

I saw that Tosin Abasi had a beautiful hollowbody 8-string built for him by Ibanez. I'm a hollowbody enthusiast, and I've been contemplating getting an 8-string lately, and when I saw this, I knew that's what I'd want... if only Ibanez sold them. What are the chances of Ibanez producing a Tosin Abasi signature like this? I mean, a production model probably wouldn't have as fancy of a top, but a passive pickup, hollowbody is such a nice alternative from all the active, solidbody guitars that most 7 and 8 strings seem to be.

Possibilities...up in the air. It's hard to tell. A lot goes into getting a Sig model on the shelf (a lot I don't know about).

But the fact is both Tosin and AAL are growing in popularity by the day. One would only think the bigger they get, the greater the chances.

Hang in there and maybe we can get something put out there for you.

Trust me, I'm in the same boat. That guitar is absolutely KILLER!
