I have also had several e-mails to
contact@ibanez.com returned (and I've tried sending from several different accounts on different ISPs, including my office) even though Matt J on their customer service line says
contact@ibanez.com is working.
Anyone have any better way of actually *reaching* Ibanez? It's unbelievable how difficult it is. And in my case, I'm just looking for a tiny little part that will save me returning the whole guitar (which would cost them a whole lot more).
