HI all! new here. I have two Ibanez Acoustic Guitars, love them..but...

how in the world do we contact Ibanez Customer Service???

I've search all over the web, and can't seem to find any way of contacting customer service. They don't seem to have 1 800 number.

please help. I need to contact them. How do others do it, who do you call, what is the number? Email? anything?

I can't believe Ibanez does not clearly put a way to contact them on their website.

please please help anyone.

Lol. What customer service?

Seriously though, i don't think your gonna get very far. It's also worth mentioning that this site is run by Ibanez U.S.A, the company that distributes Ibanez guitars in America, not Ibanez/Hoshino Japan, the actual manufacturer of the guitars.

I guess your best bet would be to PM one of the Mods.

I found this on the web site. Sure took some doing. I'm going to call it now (about a different problem).

"To arrange for the battery compartment update at no charge, please contact
Hoshino USA at 1-800-669-8262 (ask for Customer Service), or email contact@ibanez.com, ask your authorized Ibanez Dealer, or contact one of these Authorized Warranty Repair Stations."

I tried to send email to contact@ibanez.com and it was returned. Here is a snail-mail address:

I have also had several e-mails to contact@ibanez.com returned (and I've tried sending from several different accounts on different ISPs, including my office) even though Matt J on their customer service line says contact@ibanez.com is working.

Anyone have any better way of actually *reaching* Ibanez? It's unbelievable how difficult it is. And in my case, I'm just looking for a tiny little part that will save me returning the whole guitar (which would cost them a whole lot more).

You have already contacted Matt J,, so why didn't you just order the part thru him then? Eh Obviously it is not that difficult to contact us if you have already spoken to one of our inside guys already. Think

I concur Rusty. I have had nothing but great customer service from all three sources discussed (toll free number, email and the Mods here).
