Guys,

Spoke to a luthier about blocking my lo pro edge and make the guitar like a fixed bridge, keeping the "lo pro edge" in place.

He said he can do it and it will take two pieces of wood to make it so.

I have seen this article online:
http://avhguitarrepair.c...trems-the-avh-stop-bar/

Question: Any of you reading my post did the same?

I have a tremol no installed but i will remove it, as i really want the guitar to be like a fixed bridge.
I don't want to remove the tremolo as it has advantages, such as still locking the guitar and using the micro tuners. This way the guitar will be really solid in tune.

When i have another good guitar i will revert it back to floating mode.
For now it's my main guitar.

It's like putting a kickstand on a Porsche. Why don't you just get a fixed bridge guitar? Trade it off but don't mess it up.
