I've been gigging with a blue AR320 as my main guitar since 2012. The AR320 is the same guitar as the AR325 except with a maple cap instead of a bubinga cap. Anyways, I loved the guitar so much I bought another in gold top as soon as they came up on the used guitar market. The gold top is every bit as great as my blue one. I would like to get the bubinga topped AR325. If I find an unmolested one for a low price on the used guitar market I will snatch it up. Dance

I got both of mine new for 699, they're up to 800 now.

Totally love how they sound direct into the amp. Well through the wireless of course

I bought the blue one new and played the heck out of it. I wore out the controls. Haha... I have since re-wired it with new pots, switch and output jack.

I got the gold top used and neglected. The previous owner obviously played the heck out of it as well but didn't take very good care of it. It gets plenty of TLC now. I had to rewire that one too cause the controls didn't work when I bought it. Here is a pic from my phone that I took when I was done re-wiring it.

Yes they do sound fantastic straight into the amp - and it doesn't seem to matter which of my amps I choose to use. LOL I use mostly a mid 90's Roland Blues Cube 60 1x12 or a hot rodded mid 90's 2x10 Fender Princeton Chorus but sometimes I use red stripe Peavey Bandit, which is a 1x12. It depends on who I am playing with and what their set list is. Haha

Some of my band mates from the various bands I have been playing with have tried wireless systems but they don't seem to last very long. It seems to me that something so expensive should last a lot longer.

Haha Thus far I've not yet met a Valveking I didn't like. Dance

My red stripe Bandit is from the Transtube series. One of the last Made in U.S.A Transtube amps I've read. That is just a fun amp to play.

I've been itching to get my hands on a Marshall MOSFET for almost two months now. I can't believe how much they are going for. I would rather buy a broken one anyways. I know I could fix it and I would save a bunch of money going that route. LOL

THinkiong of adding a HK redbox DI to my transtube amp so that I can go direct to the board.

The 1999 era Line out sounds horrible to the P.A>

Is that the silver stripe one? I have the red stripe one and it sounds fine miked.
To be fair though, I often play without miking up the amp unless the performance is going to be recorded.
