I recently purchased a RG450DXB which i really like.I was having a fret out problem and after getting a fake repair on from the dealer i decided to repair the frets myself. The repair came out fine but i did leave a slight half inch shallow scratch on the board. Fret cleaner did not remove it. I'm thinking dark wood putty? Any ideas i would appreciate.

Yeah, I would use some type of glue and rosewood dust, or wood filler. If it is shallow enough of a scratch, you might be able to use a razor or make some dust from the rosewood fretboard and fill it with that mixed with glue.
