My 6th string is not coming through the amp. The problem is visable when I use the built in tuner. It's not completely dead but cuts in and out. I've changed the strings a couple of times since the problem first appeared.

Hello Thumbs,
Off hand it sounds like the saddle is not seating correctly over the pickup or the under the saddle pickup has shifted some how.
What happens if you loosen all the strings except the 6th string? If your up to it you can also lift up the saddle and see if the pickup has shifted too far to the treble side of the saddle slot.
