After 32 years and a lot of modifications I decided to rebuild the original condition of my Iceman IC-210. Unfortunately I gave away the Stoptailpiece years ago.
Does anybody know where to get an original part for the 79' Iceman?
I guess that parts from Artist and Performer from late 70s should fit too?

Do you remember what kind of tailpiece the guitar had originally? I am guessing it was probably a Quick Change and not a stop. Do either of these ring a bell?  The mind is like a parachute...

You're right, it was a quick change tailpiece like shown on the left photo!

they are probably still officially available, they were used on the 200x korean IC400s I am sure. Anybody?

They are still available. You can order them through your local authorised Ibanez dealer or from the Ibanez on-line store or by calling Ibanez customer service.The mind is like a parachute...
