BTB 570 VS BTB 470

Greetings all,
Can anyone out there tell me the difference between the BTB 570 and the BTB 470? I am in the market for one of these and have seen a lot about the 470 but not much about the 570. Need the long scale and neck through for drop tune...

I don't think you'll go wrong with either of these choices. The BTB470 looks like it is a solid finish instead of wood grain, but it is still a neck through:


The BTB570 looks nicer with the wood grain and the body is made of multiple woods sandwiched together:


Generally, these look to be the same guitar with different finish options. The small difference in wood type on the 570 is probably not going to affect the sound very much. The BTB670 ends up being a similar bass as well, but with a Walnut/Ash body. This may affect the sound a little more, but with the same pickups, you'll still get a very similar sound:

Thank you for the info. I kinda figured this to be the case, but there is not a lot of info on the 570. I will be keeping my eye peeled for one of these to come available.

Just picked up a Forest Green BTB 570. It is a SWEET instrument. Thank you for the intel!!
